Many of the top outdoor brands such as Black Diamond and North Face have lifetime warranties on their equipment and even offer to repair damaged equipment for free. This is not the case with Naturehike, but from reviews on the site, we have found that damaged equipment was quickly replaced with no hassle, often with a free upgrade as an apology.
2. Limited Innovation
Unlike brands that lead the industry with cutting-edge technology, NatureHike focuses on providing affordable alternatives. While this isn’t inherently bad, those seeking the latest innovations might be disappointed.
3. Customer Support

Although shipping may take longer than many of the well-known brands and there are no physical stores to inspect the products before buying, the more patient and budget-conscious of us will be more than happy with the products you receive.
